Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is looking for highly skilled and professional Cricket Coaches to join its Domestic and Women’s Cricket wings, offering an incredible opportunity for former players and experienced coaches to shape the future of cricket in Pakistan by developing talent at the grassroots and regional levels. Selected coaches will be responsible for developing and executing game planning and pre/post-tournament strategies, organizing team and individual practice sessions and training camps, and evaluating players’ physical needs while tracking fitness progress. These roles involve conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of development programs and ensuring team excellence through performance enhancement strategies across multiple districts nationwide.
Eligibility Criteria

Accreditation: Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation or an equivalent certification from a recognized cricket board

Background: Preference will be given to Former Test, International, or First-Class Cricketers

Coaching Experience: Minimum 03 years of coaching experience at appropriate competitive levels

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of talent identification and development; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Projects) required

Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Urdu

Location: Must be willing to work in assigned districts across Pakistan
