Imtiaz Group (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an Executive – IT Support for its Head Office in Karachi to ensure uninterrupted business operations by providing rapid technical resolution and maintaining the reliability of the organization’s digital infrastructure. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, installing and configuring computer systems and peripherals, responding to helpdesk tickets, collaborating with IT team members to resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary, and performing routine system maintenance tasks and updates. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3 to 4 years of proven experience in IT support roles, along with strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software applications, and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
