Hoechst Pakistan Limited is hiring dynamic and results-driven professionals for the roles of Pharma Associate and Senior Pharma Associate across multiple cities including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Swat, Peshawar, Quetta, and Abbottabad. Selected candidates will be responsible for effective product promotion and selling following the Sales Certification Model to engage doctors, achieving agreed sales targets within defined territories, and implementing marketing strategies as per company guidelines. The role involves developing rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regularly updating product and disease knowledge, and identifying and developing new customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate with Science background preferred:

  • B.Sc (Pre-Medical) or B.Pharmacy

  • Fresh graduates with Bachelors in Pre-Medical or Pharm D only

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Pharma sales experience for experienced candidates; experience in Urology portfolio preferred

  • Fresh graduates with required qualifications are also eligible

• Skills:

  • Fluent in written and verbal communication (Urdu and English)

  • Strong interpersonal and creative skills

  • Ability to develop Opinion Leaders as Advocate/Speaker for the Company

• Location: Multiple cities across Pakistan (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Swat, Peshawar, Quetta, Abbottabad)
