Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an experienced operations professional for the role of Site Manager to be based at GT Road Taxila and Kotha Kalan, Rawalpindi, overseeing Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) site operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales reporting, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and ensuring strict implementation of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) standards at the site . This role involves preparation of required books and reports for cash, sales, and inventories, along with ensuring smooth site operations and maintaining operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector or OMC operations

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of OMC operations and retail site management

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage

  • Knowledge of HSSE standards and compliance requirements

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

• Location: Must be willing to work at GT Road Taxila and Kotha Kalan, Rawalpindi
