The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is inviting applications for the position of Head Cards & Digital Banking Operations (Grade Band-4 to Band-2) at its Lahore location. The role involves establishing operational infrastructure for cards (issuing & acquiring), branchless banking, and digital segments/fin-techs, managing system enhancements and technology upgrades, preparing operational manuals/SOPs, financial settlements and reconciliations with payment schemes, dispute resolution and chargeback, domestic switch reconciliation, branchless banking operations management, and periodic reporting to SBP and stakeholders. Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 12 years of banking experience (preference for 8 years of relevant experience), and age up to 55 years as of application date.
